We are looking for a customer service professional with experience in call handling that are wanting to expand on their experience or join a new sector.
With over 100+ years of combined claims experience, our TPA leadership team are on hand to help you thrive, cross-skill across insurance products, and support you through industry qualifications.
Where:Hybrid with our Newcastle under Lyme office, ST5 with a minimum of 3 days per week from the office.
When:Monday - Friday, hours per day, with a 1 hour lunch, hours per week
Salary: Starting from £23,
