Job Introduction

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a certificated MOT Tester to join the team at Listers Toyota Stratford upon Avon. The role involves assisting with workshop support work alongside MOT Tests. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Our packages and pay plans are industry-leading, tailored to each applicant's experience and skillset.

We offer an excellent basic salary up to £42,000 with OTEs up to £50,000, plus benefits. Role and Responsibilities

1. Perform MOT Testing.
2. Operate additional systems such as video reporting (e.g., CitNOW) after training.
3. Complete all paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
4. Collaborate with workshop team members to promote learning and knowledge sharing.
5. Work within the DVSA framework.
6. Understand and prioritize Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
7. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, within required timescales, and in accordance with company and Ministry of Transport standards.

About You

1. Hold a valid Class 4 and 7 MOT testing license from DVSA, with an up-to-date annual training record and passed assessment.
2. Previous experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician is preferred; brand accreditation is advantageous but not essential, as brand training will be provided.
3. Experience in meeting compliance standards related to Health and Safety and quality.
4. Possess a full driving license.
