Job description

As a Toyota Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest Toyota products and technologies.

Work Schedule and Compensation

You will work 5 days a week (42.5 hours), including regular weekends. Hours are 08:30 – 18:00 Mon-Fri, 09:00 – 18:00 Sat, and 10:00 – 16:00 Sun.

Basic salary up to £25,000 plus bonus and a company car (OTE £30,000).

Role and Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a positive, customer-friendly sales environment, responsible for the showroom's daily maintenance and presentation.
  • Promote and sell the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and the brand’s trading policies.
  • Welcome new customer enquiries via telephone, walk-in, email, and LiveChat, following Listers sales processes and procedures.
  • Present and explain the vehicle range confidently and enthusiastically, demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
  • No prior motor industry experience necessary; however, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Well-presented with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
