Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Town Planning Internship to join our team based in London with flexible working. This will be an initial 2-week work experience with the potential to work part-time alongside your course after completion. (London Living Wage £13.85 per hour)
The Town Planning team offers specialist town planning advice for our customers and the wider NHS. This includes supporting planning appraisals, applications, protecting NHS rights to our buildings, development plan monitoring, and securing developer contributions for health (S106 / CIL).
Our team is the two-time winner of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) In-House Town Planning Team of the Year in 2022 & 2024.
This placement is ideal for those currently engaged in an RTPI accredited planning-related degree and/or a RICS accredited degree or due to pursue an RTPI or RICS accredited Masters.
Face-to-face in London office as required, alongside remote working.
Successful applicants will be currently engaged in an RTPI/RICS accredited undergraduate or master’s degree or due to commence an RTPI/RICS accredited master’s degree in Autumn 2025.
