The Role:

As a Town Planner, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the planning and development of exciting new projects across the region. You will work closely with our clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure that developments are both sustainable and compliant with local policies. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that positively impact the growth and regeneration of Shropshire and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Town Planner with a relevant degree and membership of the RTPI (or working towards it)
  • Strong experience in planning applications, policy development, and site assessments
  • Excellent understanding of local planning regulations and development frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
  • A collaborative, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
