Planner / Senior Planner
Location: Leeds or Manchester (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week)
Sector: Private
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Are you a talented Town Planner ready to step into your next challenge with a leading consultancy? We're working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that's looking to grow its Planning team in either Leeds or Manchester.
With a strong pipeline of commercial and residential projects, you'll play a key role in shaping planning strategies, securing consents, and driving forward developments for a wide-ranging client base.
What We're Looking For:
·Must be MRTPI for Senior level, working towards for Planner level.
·Proven experience in a planning role - ideally in consultancy or a similarly fast-paced environment
·Strong communication and report-writing skills
·Commercial awareness and the ability to manage projects and client relationships
