Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

With a strong client base and an expanding pipeline of projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who is keen to work on complex and high-impact schemes alongside respected industry experts.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
• Developing planning strategies and advising clients.
• Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Managing projects independently or supporting senior colleagues depending on your experience.

Requirements

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards).
• Experience within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• A strong understanding or interest in logistics, industrial or commercial planning.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
