About The Role

We are seeking both Planners and Senior Planners eager to contribute and advance their careers. Working within a friendly, talented team, you'll handle high-profile projects, gaining exposure to complex planning challenges and developing your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial planning projects from start to finish.
  • Provide expert advice on planning policies and regulations to clients.
  • Prepare planning applications, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients for successful outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior staff's professional growth.
  • Stay updated on planning legislation and industry trends.

About You

To succeed, you should have:

  • MRTPI status (or working towards it).
  • At least 5 years of planning experience (less may be considered for exceptional candidates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach and passion for results.
  • A desire to grow within a forward-thinking consultancy.
