Job title: Senior Town Planner

Location: Cornwall

Salary: Competitive

Are you a Senior Town Planner in Cornwall seeking the next step in your career?

Do you have private sector experience from either a consultancy or developer background?

Have you got your MRTPI, or working towards it?

If so, I am working with an award-winning consultancy in Cornwall that is rapidly growing and now require two new members of staff.

This well-established, professional and friendly practice has a thorough understanding of the complex planning process and a proven track record for securing planning permission for challenging sites.

They attract nationwide commissions on a range of projects, from high end residential developments and commercial schemes to luxury coastal properties and individually designed homes.

Candidates should have experience of handling a broad range of development proposals including major housing and commercial proposals, through local plan, application and appeal process. Applicants should have 5 years' experience in a planning role and a planning degree or qualification is desirable.

Candidates must be proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused, with a relentless drive for excellence. RTPI membership is desirable but not essential. Training & Development The role will include ongoing coaching from the leaders of the business who will work with you to help you realise your professional goals.
