Our client is looking for a Town Planner to join their team in Newcastle. As a Town Planner, you will work on a diverse workload throughout the UK for a wide range of clients.

As a Town Planner, your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking policy research
• Carrying out planning appraisals for clients prior to site acquisition
• Drafting planning statements and pre-application letters
• Submitting applications on the planning portal
• Monitoring planning applications
• Attending meetings and taking minutes

One year of experience in the Town Planning industry is preferred but not essential.

A Degree in Town Planning is required.

Hybrid/Remote work options are available.
