Town Planner - Wareham, Dorset

We're working on behalf of a highly respected town planning consultancy to recruit a Town Planner for their growing team based near Wareham, Dorset. What You'll Be Doing

As a Town Planner, you'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to deliver effective planning solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

Undertaking site appraisals and development assessments

Contributing to strategic land promotion and Local Plan representations

Assisting with masterplanning and design input

*

Supporting public consultations and community engagement

Coordinating with external consultants and project teams

This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad spectrum of projects across the South of England.
