Town Planner

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Are you a talented and driven Town Planner with a passion for strategic land and residential development? We are representing a well-established and fast-growing land promotion business based in Rugby that is looking to expand its in-house planning team with the addition of an experienced Town Planner.

About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying, promoting, and securing planning permission for strategic land opportunities across the UK. You'll be involved in the full planning process, working alongside land, technical, and legal colleagues to deliver high-quality residential-led developments.

About You

  1. MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartered status).
  2. Educated to degree level in Town Planning or a related discipline.
  3. Experienced (3+ years ideally) in a consultancy or client-side planning role.
  4. Confident, proactive, and commercially aware.
  5. An excellent communicator with strong report writing skills.
