Qualifications

• Experience within a planning consultancy or local authority environment.
• A good understanding of the UK planning system.
• MRTPI qualified or actively working towards chartership.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to project work.
• A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Job Title: Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing and highly regarded planning consultancy in their search for a motivated Town Planner to join their expanding team in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a planner looking to broaden their experience across a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, and land promotion schemes, while gaining exposure to evolving green belt and grey belt planning policy matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team on a wide variety of planning projects, developing strong client relationships and helping to deliver high-quality planning solutions across the region.
