Job summary

Vella Recruitment is seeking a Town Planner to join a Planning and Development Consultancy in Cardiff. Open to all levels, the role offers exposure to planning applications of varying sizes and involvement in project management alongside senior colleagues.

You will need a solid understanding of the UK planning system, with at least 2 years of experience. MRTPI Chartered status or pursuing chartership is preferred. Please note, the client does not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the UK planning system.
• Experience managing smaller projects and contributing to larger ones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MRTPI Chartered or in the process of becoming Chartered.

Responsibilities
