Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a motivated Town Planner to join our planning team in Belfast or Edinburgh, delivering planning advice and development proposals across the UK & Ireland. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support projects and provide robust planning solutions.

You will contribute to planning applications, policy research and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to advance towards MRTPI status and take increasing responsibility within a dynamic consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline with RTPI membership or near- MRTPI status advantageous.
• Experience preparing or supporting planning applications and related submissions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planning advice and development proposals across the UK & Ireland.
• Prepare planning applications, supporting documentation and planning statements.
• Engage with consultees, stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
