Confident assisting or managing the planning application process for major residential, commercial and / or infrastructure projects and ready for a new challenge? As a Development Management Planner, you could join a unique team globally renowned for being first choice for managing some of the most high-profile projects in the UK and abroad.

This is a rare opportunity to further your development and add a few strings to your bow with the option to rotate between development management, policy planning and infrastructure planning with the support of a collaborative team, passionate about planning and keen to provide opportunities for growth at all levels.

My client encourages flexible working and operates out of an incredible office with a rooftop bar in central London, where they host regular socials during the summer months!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects or managing projects (experience depending)
• Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
• Preparing planning applications and documents.
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate Town Planners to Principal or Associate Town Planners in the public or private sector.
• At least twelve months experience within a town planning role.
• Confident advising clients or internal and external project stakeholders (experience depending)
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
• Member of the RTPI or working towards (experience depending)
