Town Planner/Senior Planner Opportunity in Hampshire

I am working with one of the leading house builders in Hampshire who are looking to strengthen their team with a Town Planner or Senior Planner.

You will work closely with the team and report directly to the Planning Director. The business is highly successful and has acquired significant land over the past 24 months, both immediate and strategic. You will be involved in several high-profile planning applications in Kent.

We are seeking a Town Planner with 2-5 years of post-graduation experience, ideally from a local authority, council, or planning consultancy.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a dynamic and entrepreneurial property developer in Hampshire, collaborating with leading names in land acquisition, development, and planning.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified and RTPI accredited
• Ideally 3-6 years post-graduation experience
• Currently employed in a planning consultancy or local authority, seeking client/developer side experience
• Bright, ambitious, and determined to succeed
