We are seeking a Consultant-level Town Planner with at least two years of relevant experience to support the growth of our successful and progressive team in the South West region. Your talents will assist in delivering a variety of major infrastructure and development projects for our clients.

Your Purpose
  1. Act as Planning Support on projects across various markets and sectors.
  2. Potential secondment roles with our client organizations.
  3. Support bidding and tendering for new opportunities.
  4. Collaborate closely with Planning Team Leaders and senior colleagues.
  5. Work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment with environmental, engineering, and design teams across UK and international projects.
  6. Support the development of graduates within the Planning and Environmental Practice.
What You Can Bring
  • A relevant Planning degree; RTPI membership is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, and resilient.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of TCPA, DCO, TWAO, or similar applications, and the Environment Impact Assessment process.
  • Ability to work well in multi-disciplinary teams and contribute effectively across projects.
  • Strong report-writing skills and ability to deliver high-standard presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible application of knowledge to a variety of planning tasks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
