Qualifications

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • MRTPI (Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute) or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in town planning, ideally within the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking planning appraisals and providing expert advice to clients.
  • Preparing planning applications, reports, and submissions.
  • Liaising with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the preparation of appeals and representations.
  • Managing projects from inception through to completion.
  • Contributing to business development and helping grow the client base.
