Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is assisting a respected planning consultancy in Exeter to appoint a Town Planner. The role involves working on residential, rural and agricultural projects from the Exeter office.

The successful candidate will have experience preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, and liaising with clients, landowners and developers. Consultancy or housebuilder experience is preferred, with local authority backgrounds also considered.
