The role will involve working closely with the land team on sites under review for potential development. Responsibilities include advising the land team throughout the process—from site acquisition to obtaining planning consent, attending meetings such as public consultations, proposals, and appeals, and collaborating with planning consultants and councils.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a Town Planning role within a residential development context, or as a Planning Consultant advising residential clients, or as a Planning Officer with a council. A minimum of 2 years' post-graduation experience with a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline is required.
