Town Planner - Chorley
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
Office Based - 5 Days a Week
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned business with a strong reputation in planning, development, and strategic land promotion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Town Planner with 2-4 years' experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
As a Town Planner, you'll be working closely with a highly experienced team on a diverse portfolio of projects, including:
·Large-scale residential schemes
·Major commercial developments
·Strategic land promotion and planning applications
This role is fully office-based in Chorley (Monday to Friday), offering the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your contribution will directly shape exciting projects.
What We're Looking For:
·2-4 years' professional experience in town planning
·MRTPI (or ideally working towards)
·Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
·Strong knowledge of planning policies, legislation, and processes
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·A proactive and detail-oriented approach
