Your purpose:

• Act as Planning Support on projects across various markets and sectors.
• Potentially undertake secondment roles with our client organisations.
• Support bidding and tendering for new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Planning Team Leaders and senior colleagues.
• Work within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment with environmental, engineering, and design teams across AtkinsRéalis (UK and international).
• Assist in the development of graduates within the Planning and Environmental Practice.

What you can bring:

• A relevant Planning degree; RTPI membership is desirable.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, and resilient.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with TCPA, DCO, TWAO, or similar applications, and understanding of the Environmental Impact Assessment process.
• Ability to work well in multi-disciplinary teams and contribute effectively across various projects and geographies.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate planning issues clearly.
• Flexible application of knowledge to a variety of planning tasks.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
