Job description

To oversee the General Build 'Responsive Maintenance, Void Property Works and Minor Planned Works' contract, including direct responsibility for contract governance and performance management. The role involves leading on Responsive Repairs or Minor Planned Works, with the flexibility to cover for the other as needed.

To lead and direct a team of technical officers responsible for overseeing the contractor's work daily. Ensure the repairs service is effective, reliable, offers value for money, and meets the diverse needs of residents in our neighborhoods and communities.
