A leading tower crane manufacturer is seeking experienced electrical engineers to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. The role involves installation, commissioning, and maintenance of tower cranes, with realistic earnings between £95,000 and £110,000. Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical background and experience with heavy plant or cranes. Given the project-based nature, flexibility to travel between sites like Hinkley Point and Sizewell is essential. This role offers a chance to work on significant construction developments in a regulated environment.
Qualifications
Strong electrical bias with experience on heavy plant, cranes or similar equipment.
Proven fault finding ability on control systems and electrical circuits.
Experience working on tower cranes is highly desirable.
Crane Supervisor tickets would be a significant advantage.
Comfortable working on major infrastructure or nuclear sites.
Responsibilities
Electrical fault finding on tower cranes.
Commissioning and decommissioning cranes.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
Supporting breakdown response on live construction sites.
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with site safety procedures.
