Job summary

A leading tower crane manufacturer is seeking experienced electrical engineers to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. The role involves installation, commissioning, and maintenance of tower cranes, with realistic earnings between £95,000 and £110,000. Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical background and experience with heavy plant or cranes. Given the project-based nature, flexibility to travel between sites like Hinkley Point and Sizewell is essential. This role offers a chance to work on significant construction developments in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical bias with experience on heavy plant, cranes or similar equipment.
• Proven fault finding ability on control systems and electrical circuits.
• Experience working on tower cranes is highly desirable.
• Crane Supervisor tickets would be a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working on major infrastructure or nuclear sites.

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding on tower cranes.
• Commissioning and decommissioning cranes.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
• Supporting breakdown response on live construction sites.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with site safety procedures.
