Job summary

NoFit State is seeking an enthusiastic and talented drummer to join our Big Top Touring company. The role involves performing across the UK and Europe in a dynamic touring show with a demanding schedule, including up to seven performances weekly.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional kit drumming and percussion skills, strong stage presence, and a willingness to improvise and adapt as the production evolves. Preference for Welsh or UK-based applicants, with openness to diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Exceptional kit drumming and percussion skills.
• Strong stage presence and confidence on stage.
• Willingness to improvise as the show evolves.
• Take an equal role in all touring duties and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Join the Big Top Touring company for 2026 tours.
• Perform in UK and EU venues, with a demanding schedule (up to 7 shows per week).
• Collaborate with the band and musical director to create music for the show.
