Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Guide + Driver with a D1 license, located in Greater London. The primary responsibilities include driving luxury mini-coaches, conducting guided tours, providing insightful commentary on historical and cultural landmarks, ensuring passenger safety, and delivering excellent customer service. The Tour Guide + Driver will also be responsible for promoting and selling tours, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the mini-coaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Guided Tours and providing historical and cultural insights
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of History and local landmarks
• Sales skills for promoting and selling tours
• Valid D1 driving license and clean driving record
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to schedules
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for sharing knowledge
• Previous experience in the tourism or travel industry is a plus
