City Wonders is a leading, award-winning tour operator based across Europe and America. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Tour Coordinators in London to join our expanding team. This role involves welcoming guests, managing meeting points, and ensuring smooth ground operations to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer care at tour meeting points, addressing guests' queries and requests.
  2. Collaborate with guides and tour leaders to ensure timely and smooth tour starts.
  3. Sign in guests, create groups, and prepare them for tours.
  4. Manage and distribute tickets and headsets to guests and guides.
  5. Interact professionally with customers, addressing questions and concerns.
Candidate Profile
  1. Positive, upbeat attitude; first impressions matter.
  2. Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  3. Knowledge of London and nearby attractions, landmarks, and customs.
  4. Quick problem-solving skills for operational issues.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to complete tour reports and escalate issues promptly.
  7. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  8. Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
  9. Team player capable of collaborating across boundaries.
