The Total Rewards Consultant will support the global Solutions Group, with a focus on Europe. Responsibilities include managing all individual and group compensation matters and participating in core total rewards processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing annual compensation planning (merit, bonus, sales incentives, equity) and benefits renewal processes, optimizing these processes.
  2. Conducting annual market pricing and employee analysis for supported countries.
  3. Researching best practices, understanding business needs, and implementing aligned Total Rewards programs.
  4. Providing consultation and technical advice on C&B policies and programs to HR and business leaders.
  5. Supporting pay transparency and pay equity initiatives.
  6. Implementing global initiatives, including policy updates and communications in regional contexts.
  7. Supporting M&A activities.
  8. Collaborating with Global Workforce Operations on survey participation and other C&B matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation.
  • Functional area certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
  • International exposure is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Self-motivated with critical thinking skills.
  • Capability to manage complex projects to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
