Job Role: Site Total Facilities Manager
Location: HMP Pentonville (N7)
Salary: £57,790.45
Contract: Full Time – Permanent (39 hours per week)

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Pentonville, a category B male prison.

HMP Pentonville operates like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff to keep it functioning. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will be committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

As a Site Manager, you will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to maintaining a safe environment.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Site Manager with experience in:

• Facilities management
• Managing budgets
• Managing staff
• Operating in a Prison or Military environment (desirable)
• Recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade or two years of recognised experience
• IOSH Qualification (desirable)
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Organisational, time management and people skills
