Following the formation of a joint venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone, cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands. These brands will benefit from ASOS's infrastructure and resources while maintaining the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands.

Over the next 12 months, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will expand their offline and online retail presence, including the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.

Job Description

The Details

1. Monitoring stock intake to ensure adequate stock coverage across your category.
2. Managing the Critical Path to guarantee efficient and timely stock processing.
3. Identifying trends, issues, and sales performance within your category.
4. Using in-house systems to analyze sizing and pricing.
5. Building strong relationships and being the primary contact for supplier communications and queries.
6. Working closely with the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser to create daily/weekly reports, trading updates, and handle administrative tasks.
7. Collaborating with the Buying team (Buyers Administrator) to support departmental growth.
8. Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

We'd love to meet someone who...

1. Is proficient with numbers and Microsoft Excel, as spreadsheets are regularly used on the Merchandising floor.
2. Is ambitious to develop a career in Merchandising.
3. Thrives in a fast-paced environment—resilience is key.
4. Loves TOPSHOP/TOPMAN and has an interest in fashion.
5. For senior-level vacancies, previous experience in Merchandising, Planning, or a similar role is required.
