Our Tier One Executive Search client is looking for an Associate to join their Healthcare Practice. Advances in medical and Biological research is blurring the divide between pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies, and healthcare systems and insurers. This practice focus on placing experienced, creative leaders with broad operational skills into the most innovative Healthcare companies.

Consultants in the global Healthcare Practice understand the trends that are reshaping the industry and can help recruit executives with the right qualifications, leadership traits and cultural fit. As an Associate will be partnered with a Consultant on each search. Responsibilities with vary from search to search but Associates will be responsible for drawing target lists for clients and candidates, initial assessment of candidates and the preparation of documents. My client can provide the resources needed for outstanding associates to progress over time.

The ideal candidate will be looking for a career within executive search and will preferably have a background in either Life Sciences or Healthcare. Previous experience within search will be looked upon favourably. In return for your hard work my client can offer you a strong base + commission structure.
