Qualifications

• Experienced in press and shear tool manufacture and repair.
• Skilled with CNC and manual machine tools.
• Able to read engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Organised, self-motivated and professional.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate toolroom machinery to high standard per procedures.
• Operate forklift and overhead crane to support daily duties.
• Meet production timelines and try-out dates.
• Repair tooling to minimise downtime.
• Adopt a "Right First Time" approach to work.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when needed.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance with company rules.
• Follow established procedures and safe working practices.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities linked to KPIs.
• Collaborate to improve performance and efficiency.
