Job summary

ETS Consulting Ltd in Telford is seeking a Toolroom Technician with hands-on tooling and CNC experience to join a world-class manufacturing team. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing tooling, supporting injection moulding, and ensuring tooling readiness from CAD drawings.

You will perform tool overhauls, D.C.A.s, safety checks, and compliance with ISO9001, COSHH, and engineering standards. The position offers a dayshift pattern and a salary of £41,368 plus pension and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual machines.
• Experience with CNC machining.
• Experience with Spark Eroders.
• Experience with Wire Eroders.
• Experience with CNC Milling.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Ability to work from CAD drawings.
• Experience carrying out tooling repairs and overhauls.
• Engineering/tooling support within a manufacturing environment.

Shift Pattern: Days Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 4pm

Due to further expansion within the UK market; they need to recruit an additional continuous improvements engineer.

The Role

You will have previous Toolroom experience along with;

• Experience with manual machines
• Experience with CNC machining
• Experience with Spark Eroders
• Experience with Wire Eroders
• Experience with CNC Milling
• AutoCAD experience
• Ability to work from CAD drawings
