Role Overview:

Ensure that all newly produced injection mould tooling components meet quality standards before production. Lead investigations, document inspections, and support tooling improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections on tooling components and trial outputs.
• Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
• Lead root cause investigations for product issues.
• Coordinate internal audits and investigations.
• Drive tooling design and performance improvements.
• Manage tooling data, change tracking, and usage analysis.
• Support decisions on tool replacement and maintenance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a quality-focused engineering or manufacturing role, preferably in tooling or injection moulding.
