Are you an experienced Toolmaker with solid CNC programming and operating skills? We're looking for a skilled individual to join our precision engineering team, focusing on the production of high-quality tooling and component parts.

The Role

As a Toolmaker, youll be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to manufacture a variety of parts including:

  • Fixtures
  • Tooling
  • Press tools
  • Componentry
  • Occasional rework of existing components

This is a hands-on production role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CNC machines (training provided on our specific equipment)
  • Manufacture precision parts to tight tolerances
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Contribute to the development of tooling solutions for production needs
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Toolmaker with CNC machining background
  • Confident in programming and operating CNC machines (generic knowledge required)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling design
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Training & Development

We will provide training on the specific machines and systems we use however, candidates must bring a solid base of CNC programming and operating experience to succeed in this role.
