Tool Maker

Noble Recruiting are looking for an experienced Tool Maker from a Manufacturing background for an established and welcoming Client in Wickford, Essex

• Permanent, full time role - 40 hours per week guaranteed!
• Days only!!!
• Wickford, Essex
• £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
• Holidays & Pension scheme in place

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to utilise their skill-set for a local company.

The Toolmaker role:

• Setting and using CNC vertical mills, manual lathes, manual surface grinders, manual sparkerosion machines, fitting and welding.
• Reading technical drawings and machining mould tool components, jigs and fixtures.
• Repairing and improving mould tools.

The Successful Toolmaker Candidate:

• Must be confident using all manual workshop machinery including lathes, milling machines and grinders.
• Experience with CAD will be an advantage.
• Experience with CNC milling using Heidenhain and Fanuc.
• Experience with injection mould tooling preferred.
• Ideally apprentice trained and from a craft/toolmaking background.
