Recruit4staff are representing a well-established, sector‑leading manufacturing business that is searching for a Tool Maker to work in Liverpool.
- Pay: Up to £44,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Rotating shift pattern – 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, 10 pm to 6 am
Shift schedule:- Week 1: Morning Shift
- Week 2: Morning Shift
- Week 3: Night Shift
- Week 4: Afternoon Shift + Weekend on‑call
- Duration: Permanent

As a Tool Maker, you’ll be responsible for assembling, fitting and repairing tools used in a manufacturing setting, specifically injection moulding tools. Daily tasks include interpreting engineering drawings, marking out designs, and using hand tools and machinery such as lathes, grinders and milling machines to manufacture or repair tools. You will monitor tool performance on production lines, attend breakdowns and contribute to tool maintenance and reporting duties.
- Proven background in tool repair and installation work

- C&G/NVQ or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Abrasive Wheels Regulations certification

Recruit4staff are representing a well‑established precision engineering company searching for a Manual Machinist to work in Birkenhead.
Operate manual milling machines, perform tool changing and interpret engineering drawings. Work with machines such as Bridgeport, Colchester Mastiff, Binns & Berry, Tiger and KRV2000 to produce bespoke and small‑batch orders to tight tolerances.
- Pay: Up to £40,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4:30 pm; Friday 8 am – 1 pm
- Duration: Permanent
