Holt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Small Tool Fitter for an equipment hire company in Birmingham. You will service, repair, and maintain small tools and light equipment, with a focus on safe operation and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Small Tool Fitter, Plant Fitter, or Maintenance Technician
• Mechanical knowledge of 2/4 stroke engines and small plant machinery
• Able to diagnose and repair faults independently
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain small tools.
• Diagnose and repair faults on 2/4 stroke engines and mechanical systems
• Carry out inspections and ensure all equipment is safe and ready for hire
• Maintain safety, compliance, and service standards
• Provide great customer service on-site
