Hours: Full time

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our TPS Centre in Tonbridge. Your responsibilities include leading, managing, and motivating the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, develop strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets
  2. Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns
  3. Assess the success of customer targeting, promotions, and campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed
  4. Attend weekly management meetings to report on sales and marketing performance
  5. Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, competitors, and pricing
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support
  7. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and providing expert advice
  8. Ensure compliance with business standards, financial, legal, warranty, and ethical guidelines
