YMCA Dulverton Group is seeking a dedicated Toddlers Room Lead to join our team.

Our nurseries and preschools are designed to meet each child's needs, with a play-based curriculum emphasizing outdoor activities, exploration, and fun.

In this role, you'll work closely with your team and supervise staff to create engaging activities that foster creativity among children.

You should be adaptable, compassionate, empathetic, and committed to child safety and well-being. Candidates must hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and have relevant experience in childcare settings. If you embody these qualities and are eager to learn and grow, we welcome your application.

We prioritize safeguarding and the welfare of all children and young people. All appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and the provision of two references, following our safer recruitment procedures.
