Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a confident Early Years professional to lead the Toddler Room in a Southampton nursery, guiding a team and delivering engaging play‑based learning.

The role requires a full Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, experience in a nursery, and a solid EYFS knowledge base to support children's development.

The salary is £31,500 per annum for a 40‑hour week, with benefits including discounted childcare, training opportunities and long service awards.

Competenze

• A full Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential.
• Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and toddler development.
• Confidence leading, motivating and supporting a team.
• A passion for creating engaging, play‑based learning experiences.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.

• Lead the day‑to‑day running of the Toddler Room, maintaining high standards of care and education.
• Support, motivate and guide practitioners within the room.
• Plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Encourage toddlers' communication, confidence, independence and social development.
