Job summary

Bright Horizons Cambridge Milton Road Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a capable Toddler Room Leader to guide a dynamic team. You will nurture development, ensure safety and welfare, and partner with families to support each child’s milestones.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification with EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness, and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality learning in a thriving nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.
