Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, preferably as Room Leader.
• Passion for inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.
• Ability to build partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health, safety and safeguarding.
• Support each child to reach individual milestones.
