Job Title: Toddler Room Leader

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead our small, homely toddler room. Our toddler room accommodates 8 to 10 children with up to three staff members. Your role will involve ensuring the nursery's high standards and ethos are upheld daily, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You must have a strong understanding of the EYFS and be capable of ensuring statutory guidelines are met consistently. Building strong professional bonds with team members, key children, and parents is essential.

Your responsibilities include leading and actively promoting the safety, security, and well-being of children, staff, and visitors at all times. You will create engaging activities and experiences that help develop the children, foster lasting memories, and inspire your team. Most importantly, you should have a passion for involving children in sensory experiences and providing the best start to their learning journey.
