We are working with a nursery in Hook, Hampshire, which is looking for a Toddler Room Leader. This is a full-time role over 4.5 days a week.

As a Room Leader, you will lead a team of 5 practitioners to meet the needs of the children and support their overall development.

You must hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification, have experience working with toddlers, and be able to lead, support, and inspire your team. Excellent communication skills are essential for building relationships with the children's families.
