Job Description:

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for Experienced Warehouse Operatives (Picking / Packing) to join our client's team based in the Baglan area.

Our client is a well-established leader in fashion and is looking for Picking Operatives to join their team. The successful candidates will be target-driven, motivated, and able to work in a busy warehouse environment. Reliability and trustworthiness are essential, along with the ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively during picking.

Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour (Overtime available)

Shifts available:

• Option 1: Days: Monday-Friday, 8am-3.30pm
• Option 2: Afternoons: Sunday-Thursday, 4pm-11.30pm
• Option 3: Nights: Sunday-Thursday, 10.30pm-6.30am

Contract: Temporary assignment for approximately 7 weeks during the summer sale period.

Duties / Expectations:

• Accurately picking and packing items based on customer orders
• Meeting KPI targets set by your line manager
• Following instructions and processes
• Flexibility to work extra hours and on weekends/bank holidays when needed
• Maintaining excellent timekeeping and attendance
• Keeping the workspace clean and tidy
• Working as part of a team and independently
• Supporting other warehouse departments when required
• Adhering to health and safety policies to ensure safety for yourself and others
