Job description

SALARY:Competitive with generous benefits and EOT status.

LOCATION:Our Manchester Head Office but may be required to visit other UK, Ireland and overseas offices as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading and managing all financial aspects of the TNEI Group
  • Actively participating in Executive Board meetings and presenting the Groups financial performance in an informative way.
  • Managing the Finance Team and the day to day finances of the Group
  • Ensure compliance will all statutory financial and accounting requirements of the Group
  • Interfacing with external parties such as banks, auditors and tax advisors.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements include:

  • UK Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
  • Proven experience of managing UK company finances.
  • A right to work in the UK without the requirement for a visa and to be based full time in our Manchester Head Office.
  • Experience of managing a finance team.
  • An ability to work collaboratively
  • First class financial analysis and presentation skills
  • Experience of managing the finances of overseas subsidiaries
  • Financial planning experience
  • Experience of working in a small to medium sized consultancy environment

This has resulted in an exciting opportunity for a full time Group Financial Controller to manage all aspects of our finances as we continue to grow and expand who will work closely with the CEO and Board of the company to develop our financial strategy and manage the Group going forward.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious Finance Manager or existing Financial Controller, who is seeking to take the next step in their career. The role has potential for a Director level position based on performance and experience.
