At times Oliver can present with behaviours that may challenge, therefore, it is essential that you have experience in this area. This role is full-time offering a permanent contract, as Oliver can find it difficult to meet new people the transition to full-time hours will be gradual, however, you will be paid for full-time hours whilst building up a relationship with Oliver. Light household duties related to Oliver are included in the role and responsibilities.
