Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Operations Supervisor who has excellent organisational, multidisciplinary and communication skills with experience working in the general practice setting.
The Site Operations Supervisor will oversee and manage the administrative and operational functions of the site. This role involves ensuring that staff achieve their primary responsibilities, providing guidance and support for staff development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

THE LEWISHAM CARE PARTNERSHIP (TLCP)
We are a 55k patient practice working from 5 sites in Central Lewisham. TLCP is a Partnership and PCN in its own right with no other practices involved.
We are an innovative organisation that thrives on the challenges that are being presented to General Practice. We are working with partner organisations at all levels within Health and Social Care from other PCNs in the locality to national initiatives. You will be entitled to Annual Leave, Bank Holiday and Study Leave and supported by the clinical team/admin team within the practices.
We are seeking dynamic professional colleagues keen to join our clinical team. TLCP has 14 GP partners, 15 Salaried GPs, 21 in our nursing team and 8 in our pharmacy team.
TLCP is a teaching practice for Medical and Nursing staff, it has a full complement of non-clinical managers and staff.

Induction Training
On arrival, all personnel are to complete a Site/TLCP induction programme managed by the line manager.
Learning and Development
The effective use of training and development is fundamental to ensure staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge, attitude and competences to perform their roles. Mandatory training and external courses are encouraged to enhance knowledge and skills, progress careers, and improve processes and service delivery.
Collaborative Working
All staff are to recognize the importance of collaborative working. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in multidisciplinary environments.
Service Delivery
All employees must adhere to organisational policies and regional directives. Staff will be informed during induction about policies and procedures.
Security
The security of the site is everyone's responsibility. Staff must remain vigilant and report suspicious activity. Staff are not to share door codes and must ensure restricted areas are secured.
Professional Conduct
Staff are required to dress appropriately. Uniforms are provided for administrative staff; clinical staff must dress according to their roles.
Leave
All personnel are entitled to at least 20 days of leave annually. Line managers should ensure staff can take their leave entitlement.
Statement
This document may be amended following consultation with the post holder to support role development and organisational needs. All personnel should be prepared to accept additional or surrendered duties.
